Infiltrate the Underground Hospital
Important note - you could skip the exploration of the hospital.
You will also find secrets and other unique loot there.
TheUnderground Hospitalis located in the middle of the map andhasseveral entrances.
You will meet other enemies while exploring the underground complex.
It’s worth using radar and various covers there because raising the alarm is inadvisable.
It will allow you to unlock the trace related to the hidden facility.
you’re free to get there in two main ways.
The first optionis to infiltrate the placefrom the south, that is, from the side of thefortifications.
You will meet single soldiers around the fortifications, but the passage isn’t guarded that much.
The second optionis to reach the main entrance to the facilityfrom the east.
Regardless of the chosen route, you will enter the underground facility.
Reaching the location with theU-boatwill unlock the next mission objective.
