Initially, you will unlock only one region in Alaska - Northern Port.
The others will remain blocked without any clear reason or solution for unlocking.
Luckily, it’s not complicated to reach them.
You just need to explore locations at a given order.
The gateway to White Valley is blocked from the other side.
In Mountain River, in the north, you will find the Pedro Bay map.
This is the only way there and back.
Down south of Mountain River, there is the gateway to White Valley.
Still, you have to unlock it with a standard material transportation task.
