Carrying limit affects the movement of your character.

How does the load work?
The load stat is visible in the equipment window.
In the bottom right corner of the screen, there is ascaleicon, and a bar withthreecolorsnext to it.
The problem starts when you reachthe yellow bar.
Then your staminawill start to decrease much faster while sprinting, and itsregeneration will also be slower.
We strongly advise against reaching such a state, as exploration will become a torment.
