Jettisoning the Beta Grove is a puzzle from the Management Level in System Shock Remake.

They are:

Alpha and Delta Groves are both available right away.

Beta Grove is initially blocked off.

You mustvisit the Cyberspace Terminalto the north (Delta section) and destroy the blockade in Cyberspace.

you might travel to the Groves usingcarts.

Reach a section on the Executive level connected to the Grove, enter the cart and press the button.

PC

This will load a new map.

Disconnecting Beta Grove from the station is a mandatory objective.

This is the only way to get rid of the contamination and explore the higher Citadel levels.

PC

Your first objective is tovisit all three Grovesstill connected to the station.

The order doesn’t matter.

In each one you must find and use theGrove Jettison Enable Switch.

PC

This will prepare the Grove for subsequent jettisoning.

Save the game here and fly towards the door using Turbo-Motion Boots V2.

This way you won’t waste time on extending the red bridge.

PC

The screens here displayfour number combinations - write them down.

Now head to thecasino at the south-eastern part of the deck(Beta section).

In the corner of the casino you’ll find thecode keyboard.

PC

Enter the codes displayed on the screens earlier.

you’re free to nowgo down the southern corridors and windows.

The southern corridors will lead you to the squaresouth-western hall.

PlayStation

During your first visit hereyou’ll encounter Cyborg Diego in a boss fight.

After the battle, fire up the door.

TheMaster Jettison Enable Controlis on the south wall.

Xbox

You’ll learn about the damaged relay 428 when you attempt to use it.

You now need to solve a separate puzzle, described on theRepairing the Subsystem Relay 428.

After making the repairs at the Maintenance level, return here again.

System Shock

This time theMaster Jettison Enable Control will be available.

Return near the Beta Grove cart.

Don’t use it, just visit the nearbyGrove Control Room.

Once there, locate theBeta Grove Jettison Enable Switch.

Beta Grove should get properly separated from the station, shown as jettisoned in the Status tab.

It’s located in thesouth-western part of this floor, near the Master Jettison Enable Control.

To avoid backtracking, check that you’re carrying at least four ofZ-44 Plastique.

It can be found on the Storage level, in rooms such as Storage 1.

You’ll need it to destroy four antennas in Engineering.
