You’ll find the document near the dead body in the kitchen area.

The letter can be found in a bag lying on the ground.
Chapel Note
It’s anartifact.
A note can be found on the altar in the chapel.
Use a flashlight because it’s a very dark place.
Patient’s Note
It’s anartifact.
Abby must find a yellow door.
Explore the area that can be visited after passing the Containment Seal 3. you should probably activate the power supply generator to launch the doors.
Slow down after you squeeze through the door leading to the Surgery.
Check all rooms that you could already reach (that is, before activating the generator).
A note lies on a desk in one of them.
Workbench
You will find the workbench soon after you locate the document described above.
Coin - Hawaii
The coin can be found in the final part of the mission.
After you have confronted the boss twice - The Rat King.
The secret can be found just after defeating The Rat King - Stalker.
Reach the exit of the room where the fight with the boss took place as shown in the picture.
In the new area, check out the watch post - there’s a coin in there.
