Go to the back of the building and remove the card from the small box shown in the picture.

There will be an opportunity to make a new entry in the journal.
Use the latter to climb onto the garage roof.
Make a jump into a hole in the wall of an adjacent building.
You’ll find yourself in a room with a workbench.

Turn to the right and search the dark area shown in the screenshot.
The secret is lying between the spokes of a children’s bike.
The document lies on a desk in one of the adjacent rooms of the building.

You may find this note after you reach a new larger area in the screenshot presented above.

Brainstorm Trading Card

This takes place after taking a long climb up the stairs and bypassing / defeating some of the infected.
The trading card is hidden behind the yellow house.
Go inside the house and search it.
The flyer is on one of the shelves.
The document will be on a table in the living room.
You’ll find the collectible just before reaching the garage where you get the bow.
it’s possible for you to find the card soon after you get the bow.

Lie down on the ground.
You have to crawl under the bed and find the trading card which is hidden there.
