This building is fully optional.
To get to the secret, go to the truck shown in the picture.
Climb on it and then on the roofing.
The safe’s inside the apartment.
Find a calendar to determine the date of the wedding anniversary.
The code for the safe is 10-08-83(October 8, 1983).
You’ll find ammunition and supplements in the safe.

Head to the Weston’s Pharmacy building to the left of the water tank.
In the first part of the pharmacy, you will find a note with a safe combination.
It lies on the ground under the counter with the money placed on it.
The picture shows a hole in the wall.
You have to crawl through it to reach the rooms at the back of the pharmacy.
