Comment: You will get this achievement after you send back the Childeater.
Among the Ashes
Comments: You will get the achievement when you reach the Red House.
The Hound
Comment: You will receive the achievement after experiencing the second vision of Thomas.
Unrepentant
Comments: You will receive this achievement when you send the Hound away.
The Pact
Comments: You will receive the achievement when you make it through the pump station.
Dark Water
Comments: You will get the achievement after you go through the pump station.
Edge of Sanity
Comments: You will get the achievement after getting the razor.
Cut the Crap
Comments: You will get the achievement after getting the bolt cutters.
Thunderstruck
Comments: You will get them by defeating the creature in the flooded ruins.
Medium Rare
Comments: You will get them by burning through the moths using Spirit Shield.
Conduit
Comment: Use Spirit Blast to create electricity.
Insightful
Gamerscore: 30
How to unlock: Use Insight for at least 15 minutes.
Comments: When playing as Marianna, use Insight for more than 15 minutes.
Left Behind
Gamerscore: 10
How to unlock: Find an Echo.

Famished Feline
How to unlock: Feed the cat in Jack’s apartment.
Comments: you’re able to get this achievement at the very beginning of the game.
When you are in Jack’s apartment, you could pick up cat food and feed it.
This is a very simple achievement that is hard to miss.
Inner Investigator
How to unlock: Inspect 25 objects in a single playthrough.
Commentary: you better pick up 25 random items during the game.
