That is also the purpose it serves inTower of Fantasy.
Some meals, though not all, canrestore your health during combat.
Rememberthere’s a cooldownyou must wait out before you might heal.
Food also restores yourSatiety.
Satiety
you’ve got the option to check your Satiety by viewing your character sheet.
You’ll find it right above your character level.
In other words - this meter is responsible forhealth regeneration outside of combat.
It alsodrops every 5 minutes on its own, even if you’re fully healthy.
see to it you always have some food at hand.
Ingredients
you’re able to’t make meals without ingredients.
Some of them can bepurchased from merchants.
Unfortunately, they don’t offer you much.
You’ll have to get most of the ingredients on your own.
The game makes finding valuable resources easier byhighlighting them in blue.
you might also sometimes find food inchestsscattered throughout the map.
Remember that various ingredientsoften spawn in specific places.
For example, fish and seafood can be found in and near bodies of water.
