This page of the guide describes the Simulacra mechanic.
Simulacra - what are they?
Simulara is a mechanic revolving aroundlinking characters to weapons.
You’llcollect various weaponswhile playingToF.
They can be obtained during story missions or via gacha pulls.
You’ll learn more about gacha pulls on a separate page of the guide -Special Orders.
The most powerful weaponry (of SR and SSR rarities) are linked to their wielders, called Simulacra.
The player canswitch their characterto one of the owned Simulacra at any moment.
This is done by clicking the golden Activate button in the Simulacra menu.
This is, however,only cosmetic.
The real power lies in the weapons themselves.
These can still be used without transforming into their linked Simulacrum.
Awaken
Awaken is a mechanic allowing you to “befriend” Simulacra.
it’s possible for you to do so by giving them gifts.
If you wish to purchasesomething better, you’ll need to check out the Points Store.
Then enter thePoints Storetab.
it’s possible for you to buy gifts withTraining points.
These are special points you earn by completing training challenges.
You’ll learn more about currencies on a separate page -Game currencies.
Awakening progress
Gifts increase theAwakening progressof Simulacra.
These are mostly more information about the characters.
Reaching 1,200 points, however, grants you aspecial traityou can equip in the Simulacra menu.
Reaching 4,000 points enhances this trait further.
You should know theSimulacra have their own preferences.
They willlike some gifts more than others, rewarding you with more Awaken points.
The game will let you know about it with a message above the gift list.
Story
After reaching level25you’ll unlockspecial questsaccessible from the Simulacra menu.
They’re linked to the specific Simulacra and serve as their personal stories.
