Locate the entrance with a ladder - the tech point is on the bottom of the hole.
Use your Spiderbot to get access to it.

The tech point is located at the lowest level of the complex.
Once you’re there, you’ll find a hall fenced off by barriers, guarded by Clan Kelley.
Your collectible is in one of the rooms there.
Waterloo Plaza [5]
The tech point is on the roof of the building.
Use the drone to fly there.
There is an entrance to the tunnels at the base of it.
Get down there, knock down the guard, and climb the scaffolding.
Equip the spiderbot and throw it on the shelf above.
This way you will get to the tunnel where the tech point is located.
To get access to it, launch the ventilation hatch next to it and deploy the spiderbot there.
Watch out for traps.
Lambeth Tower [9]
This tech point can be found on the balcony of the building.
The easiest way to get there is by using a cargo drone.
Lambeth Palace [11]
Make your way to the building courtyard.
Once you’re there, search for a ventilation shaft and deploy the spiderbot there.
Explore the vent - you should encounter the tech point.
To get access to it, you better complete a circuit located on the clock tower.
Kennington Park [16]
This tech point is underneath a parked car.
you oughta move it to be able to collect the point.
Continue by climbing the gutter and you’ll reach your objective.
Brixton Barrier Block [18]
The tech point is on the roof of the building.
Use the drone to get there.
Kennington gas tank [19]
The tech point is hidden on the roof of the building.
The easiest option is to use the drone.
you might also circle the complex and enter from another side.
European Processing Centre [21]
The tech point is in a restricted area.
Fly to it using the drone - you should notice an entrance to the room in question.
Your collectible is inside.
MI6 Building [22]
The tech point is hidden on the roof of the building.
get into the roof of the building with the help of the drone.
Now, deploy the spiderbot and use it to dive into the interior through one of the open windows.
Your collectible is on the very bottom.
Unfortunately, there is a grate blocking you from getting it.
Look to your left and locate a ventilation shaft.
It will allow you to pull up the tech point.
Green Estate [24]
The tech point is hidden on the roof of the building.
Check the table next to the camera.
