On one of the streets ofByzantiumyou will meetHortense Ingalsbee.
Talk to her and you’ll find out she wants to check out the local retirement program.
If you agree, the quest will be activated.
The entrance to theRetirement Districtis in theloading port.
Unlocking the door will require you to use the terminal located in the room adjacent to the corridor.
Once at the bottom, you will find that the entire retirement program is a scam.
Now go back toHortense Ingalsbeeand tell her what’s going on in theRetirement District.
