This trophy is rewarded after solving the riddle with mystery item.
You will be able to fish out the mysterious item only in the New Game+ mode, i.e.
after you have completed the game (at least once).
During further exploration you will reach the entrance to theventilation shaft.
Crouch and squeeze through the ventilation tunnel.
The shaft has two optional routes.
make a run at stay with the left walls to reach the closed room.
Here, you’re able to find anoteleft on the bed - this is the Mysterious Item.

Once you’ve started playing, you’ll reach thehero’s cabinagain.
There, you’ll find all the secrets you’ve collected - including the mysterious note.
Interact with the note to get a closer look at it.
Hold the zoom button for exactly 42 seconds.
A driftingmysterious object will appear on the water.
You have to fish it out to get the achievement.
