When you destroy the stone door and go up the stairs, turn right.
On the opposite wall you will notice a chest.
Collect the Fire Fruit from the nearby trees and press ZR to take out the bow.

The second chest in In isa Shrine is on the stone column.

If you have obtained the key from the first chest, you could now bring up the door.
The robot should die immediately.
